镀铝点阵分光片（Polka Dot Beamsplitter）是一种采用金属微图案实现光束分离的宽带分光元件。与传统介质膜分光片不同，它通过基底表面规则排列的铝膜点阵，将入射光分为反射光和透射光两部分。该类分光片具有工作波长范围宽、分光性能对入射角度及偏振状态相对不敏感等特点，适用于宽光谱光学系统及多种光电检测应用。
图知光学提供的镀铝点阵分光片采用高品质紫外熔融石英（UV Fused Silica）作为基底，在其表面制备规则分布的铝膜微结构。每个镀铝单元为0.1 mm × 0.1 mm的微小方块，通过精密排列形成均匀的金属点阵结构。紫外熔融石英基底具有良好的紫外透过性能、较低的热膨胀系数和优异的光学均匀性，能够满足紫外、可见及近红外等不同波段的应用需求。
其工作原理是：入射光照射到镀铝区域时，部分光被金属铝膜反射，形成反射光束；照射到未镀膜区域的光则透过石英基底，形成透射光束。通过控制铝膜的面积覆盖率，可以实现不同的反射与透射光功率分配比例。
与传统介质膜分光片相比，镀铝点阵分光片主要依靠金属反射和空间面积分配实现分光，因此在较宽波长范围内能够保持相对稳定的分光特性，并降低入射角度和偏振状态变化对分光比的影响。
使用注意事项
镀铝点阵分光片的实际分光比不仅与铝膜覆盖率有关，还受到工作波长、入射角度、铝膜反射率及基底透过率等因素影响。 因此，铝膜面积覆盖率不一定等于实际反射率，选型时应以对应波段的实测或标称光谱数据为准。此外，由于采用离散点阵结构，当入射光斑尺寸接近单个铝膜单元或点阵周期时，可能出现分光不均匀、衍射或空间光强调制等现象。建议使入射光斑覆盖足够数量的点阵单元，以获得更稳定的整体分光效果。
对于高功率激光、严格波前要求或高精度分光比应用，应进一步确认产品的激光损伤阈值、光束质量及相关光学性能。
