产品说明
光学平晶（Optical Flats）采用高均匀性H-K9L光学玻璃、熔融石英等优质光学材料，经过精密研磨与高精度抛光制成，具有极高的表面平面度、良好的光学均匀性及较低的内部应力，主要作为标准参考平面，用于检测其他光学元件及精密加工表面的面形误差和平面度。
光学平晶常见表面面形精度为λ/10、λ/20，部分高精度产品可达到纳米级面形误差；双面平晶还可根据需求实现较高的平行度，部分产品平行差可小于1弧秒。具体精度应以产品规格及检测波长为准。
应用领域： 广泛应用于光学元件面形检测、透镜及窗口片平面度校验、干涉仪参考平面、光学加工质量检测、精密量具平面度检测及实验室光学计量等领域，也可用于满足相应精度要求的半导体精密检测系统。
定制服务： 图知光学可根据客户需求提供不同材料、尺寸、厚度、面形精度及平行度的光学平晶，并可按需提供增透镀膜等定制服务。
使用及储存注意事项： 光学平晶对表面污染、温度变化及机械应力较为敏感，使用时应避免划伤、碰撞及不当施压，建议存放于洁净、温度稳定的环境中，以保持参考面的测量精度。
