产品说明
图知光学提供多种规格的高精度楔形棱镜（Wedge Prisms），主要用于光束偏转、光路调整及精密光束指向控制。楔形棱镜利用两个非平行光学表面产生的折射作用，使入射光束按照一定角度发生偏转，实际偏转角度由棱镜楔角、材料折射率及入射角等因素决定。
当两片楔形棱镜组合使用时，通过分别旋转棱镜，可以连续调节出射光束的偏转方向和偏转角度，实现一定角度范围内的二维光束指向控制，广泛应用于激光光路校准、精密光学调整、光束扫描及科研实验系统。
楔形结构还能够使前后表面的反射光在空间上分离，有助于减小鬼像及回返反射引起的光学干扰。配合适当的增透镀膜，可进一步降低表面反射损耗，提高光学系统的透射效率。高精度光学表面有助于减小透射波前畸变，满足精密光学系统的应用需求。
产品规格： 图知光学提供精退火H-K9L光学玻璃及紫外熔融石英两种基底材料，标准产品表面面型精度为λ/10 @ 633 nm，可选择未镀膜或UV、VIS、NIR、SWIR等不同波段的增透镀膜，满足紫外、可见光及近红外等不同光学系统的应用需求。
使用注意事项： 楔形棱镜的实际光束偏转角度与工作波长、材料折射率、楔角及安装方向有关。使用时应根据光路要求正确调整棱镜方向，并避免光学表面受到污染、划伤及不当擦拭。
